Entering the real estate business full time seven years ago with a Real Estate Broker's license, Deborah has been very successful selling in the Bay Area real estate markets. She has built quite a reputation with her ability to provide the most up-to-date industry information and get results in a short time frame. She keeps clients informed of the latest trends and market conditions so she can guide them in making the right choices. Many of her buyer, seller, and relocation clients were referred to her by her happy past clients, which is the foundation of her success.
Raising The Bar Born and raised in China by her mother who was a teacher and her father who was an Army officer, Deborah has always set the bar high in her professional and personal life. Having grown up with younger siblings, her caring nature and desire to help others came shining through. Whether she's spending time with her family, or reading a good book before bed or jump-starting her day at the gym in the morning, Deborah embraces life and her motivating personality is hard to miss. As a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Deborah is among the top 4% of agents in the country, with high volume of sales and high number of transactions, as well as advanced training in areas such as business planning, real estate investing, marketing and technology. To better help her senior clients in achieving their retirement goals, Deborah has completed training in Senior Real Estate Specialist certification program. Although the use of Internet is her second nature from her previous work, Deborah has completed her training in ePro program that adds to her success in today's real estate industry where internet marketing plays a key role. Market Knowledge A long time resident in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1992, Deborah just has a unique perspective and approach to life - it's almost as if life is an experience to be embraced. For her, she soaks it in like a sponge.
